Our principle service is to make
obtaining and maintaining an ISO 9001 as easy and as stress free as possible. We provide
all the support you need from the initial idea through to its implementation and
maintenance.
1.
Prepare all the documentation required for you to implement ISO 9001:2008 QMS.
The Standard requires the Quality Management System (QMS) to be formally documented. This
documentation shall include statements concerning quality policy, quality objectives, a
quality manual, certain documented procedures and records. These are considered necessary
to ensure the effective overall operation and performance of the system. Diamond ISO will,
having consulted with our customer, prepare all such documentation in line with the
activities carried on within the business.
2.
Assist with the implementation.
Once
the documentation is produced and in place it will be necessary to run the system in order
to familiarize all personnel with it
and to make minor adjustments as required.
This
is also necessary of course in order to demonstrate a history of running the system for
certification purposes. We will guide you through this process
3.
Perform a pre - certification audit and prepare you fully for the main certification
audit.
The pre-certification audit is required before the formal certification audit. We will
gather as much information as required on how you are currently running the system. Any
non-conformances may be identified and the appropriate corrective actions implemented
before the main audit takes place. This exercise will also give you an invaluable insight
into the format of the certification process and create awareness of what to expect from
the auditor(s) at the time of the certification audit. It is also useful as a learning
tool for you to develop and improve the management system further.
4.
Implement the certification assessment process.
We
will make all the necessary arrangements to effect the certification audit

Provide an internal auditing service throughout the year in line with the requirements of
ISO 9001:2008
Documented and planned Internal audits are a mandatory procedure. They shall be performed
at specified intervals throughout the year. Non conformances will be documented and
corrective actions taken.
Diamond ISO is familiar and experienced with the needs of the smaller companies and
recognise that it may well be more cost effective to engage the services of an external
specialist to effect this type of task.
We are able also to extend this service to include the complete Quality Manager role.
6.
Arrange all future assessments.
Certification
is confirmed on an annual basis via surveillance visits with a full re-assessment every
4th. year. |
